Job Title: Client Services/Marketing Administrator - CE Scheme
Community Employment Scheme
This is a part-time Community Employment position (19.5 hours) and applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria:
- Candidates should be 25 or over
- In receipt of a social welfare payment for 12 months or longer
Roles and Responsibilities
The Client Services and Marketing role requires dealing with members of the public face-to-face, on the telephone and online. The ideal candidate should at all times use excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to deal with sensitive matters in a focused and supportive manner.
You will receive training to use office IT systems i.e. Microsoft Office for word processing, information filing, database development, business development and client records as well as access and use where appropriate web based applications and services relevant to the role. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the community and voluntary and background in social science being desired but not essential.
Duties of the role include:
- Assisting in the implementation of Relationships Ireland Marketing and PR strategy
- Assisting in the development & maintenance of our customer relationships management (CRM) system
- Assisting with the administration and support of the counselling services team.
- Responding to email and website queries regarding our services
- Assisting in the planning, marketing and organisation of Relationship Ireland seminars, conferences and events
- Taking inbound phone calls from clients for our services
- Making outbound follow-up calls to individuals who enquire about our services
- Making appointments for individual consultations or workshops
- Phoning or emailing clients to confirm appointments for services
- Updating client information on our client records systems
- Updating information on our website and Facebook pages
- Other ad hoc marketing and customer service duties

Relationships Ireland – Cleaner/Caretaker (CE) Scheme Placement

This is a part-time Community Employment position (19.5 hours) and applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria:
- Candidates should be 25 or over
- In receipt of a social welfare payment for 12 months or longer
Self-Motivated and passionate individual to take care of the cleaning and caretaking of a beautiful Georgian building in Dublin 2 for everyone it opens its doors to.
Duties of the Role include:
- Cleaning of building to high standard of presentation.
- Stocks check/ordering of cleaning/maintenance materials.
- Setting up rooms for meetings/events.
- Carry out Health & Fire Safety checks.
- Maintenance of garden and any other external areas where appropriate.
- Liaise with Line Manager regarding any issues arising in the building.
- General DIY skills desirable but not essential.
- Be team player with flexible approach.
- Works on own initiative to improve the overall appearance of the building.
- Confidentiality due to the organisations services is required as part of the role.
